Our partnership with the Central Bucks School District trains school staff, students and parents on the importance of building developmental assets in order to achieve success, academically and in all aspects of their lives.
Throughout the year, CB Cares works with more than two dozen nonprofit agencies to implement many of our programs. A prime example of CB Cares’ Assets in Action is Martin Luther King Day of Service which brings the Central Bucks community together along with a majority of these nonprofit partners to provide this annual program.
Our focus on the 40 Assets framework creates awareness for a more caring school environment where all students receive the support and encouragement they need to succeed. Assets in Action are apparent in programs such as the Boomerang Youth Recognition Award and the Backpack Newsflash.
